The CILNM PCA Choice Program Requires PCAs to use the Telephony System

or a PCA for CILNM,
You are responsible to know and follow the PCA Handbook and Agreements.

 

It is a federal crime to provide false information on PCA billings for medical assistance payment.  Your signature (or telephone input when using the Dial n Documents) verifies the time and services are accurate and that the services were performed as specified in the PCA Care Plan.

 All parties are responsible for complying with all rules and regulations related to the PCA program. This includes, but is not limited to: state Vulnerable Adults Act, Data Privacy, PCA regulations, including medication administration, and Department of Labor laws governing overtime, etc.

 

Only in unique situations with prior approval may PCAs use the timesheets below.

*Important: If a consumer is hospitalized on any day it MUST be recorded in the timesheet notes.
PCAs CANNOT be paid on the same day as a hospitalization occurs.
