choosing, hiring, training and supervising their PCAs.

billing, employee background checks, etc...
AccessNorth The Center for Independent Living of Northeastern Minnesota (CILNM) is a Minnesota Employer of Record and a PCA Choice Provider and offers many supports to help you to be successful using PCA Choice.
In 2002 AccessNorth was awarded a Minnesota Federal Systems Change grant to develop consumer directed options for personal assistance services that paid PCAs well, and developed consumer tested training materials and supports. We have been providing PCA Choice since then.
